Digital Product License

Effective: September 1, 2026

This license applies to each HTML calculator or mini app, documentation, and related file you purchase from DLS InvestTrack.

What you may do

• Use the product personally or within one business you own.
• Install or copy it across your own devices and backups.
• Create and save unlimited projects for your own work.
• Modify your copy for internal use at your own risk.

What you may not do

• Resell, share, publish, give away, rent, or redistribute the product or its code.
• Turn it into a template, product, service, or download for others.
• Remove authorship notices or claim it as your own creation.
• Use it to infringe rights or violate law.

Ownership, support, and termination

You purchase a license to use the software, not ownership of its intellectual property. The license continues for the purchased version while you follow its conditions. It terminates automatically if you redistribute or materially breach it; you must stop using and remove infringing copies. Support, compatibility, and refunds follow the published policies.
