Privacy Policy

This policy explains information DLS InvestTrack collects when you visit the store, make a purchase, or request support. We do not sell personal data.

1. Information we collect

• Order data: email, product, price, currency, status, payment and delivery identifiers, and download count.
• Site use: basic technical data, page views, device, browser, and logs needed for security and operation.
• Support: messages and files you choose to send us.
• Legacy access: for authorized users of the earlier system, account information and data they stored there.

2. Downloaded tools

The HTML calculators and mini apps run locally and do not send DLS the property data you enter. Saved .dls.json projects remain wherever you place them. If you independently add third-party services, scripts, or APIs, their data practices are your responsibility and subject to their terms.

3. How we use information

We use information to process payments, deliver files, send receipts, prevent fraud, answer support, comply with law, and improve the store. We do not use local project data because we do not receive it.

4. Providers

Stripe processes payments; Supabase maintains order records and private storage; Resend sends transactional email; Vercel hosts the site. These providers process data under their own terms. We do not store your full card number.

5. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, and essential analytics for security, language, operation, and site measurement. We do not embed tracking inside the downloaded HTML files.

6. Retention, security, and rights

We retain order and support records as reasonably needed for delivery, accounting, fraud, disputes, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is infallible. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact below.

7. Children and transfers

The products are not directed to people under 18. We operate from the United States, and providers may process information there.
