We want you to receive a working file and the product you selected. This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.

Before download

If you purchased by mistake and have not downloaded the file, contact us immediately. Where technically possible, we will review cancellation and refund.

After download

Because these are digital products, completed purchases are generally final after the file is downloaded. We will review duplicate orders, incorrect charges, inaccessible delivery, or a defective file we cannot correct.

How to request help

Contact us within 14 days of purchase with the email used, product, date, order number, and a description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers. We may first provide a new link, corrected file, or instructions. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; your bank controls posting time.
